About the role
The role is responsible for developing, driving and managing the pipeline and projects within the CBU & Concept team, contributing to the overall Divisional Design & Innovation Strategy. As an Innovation Project Coordinator, you will manage project activity and coordinate needs outside the immediate team, deploying appropriate methodologies and tools and leveraging the potential of the design network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continually develop and adapt ways of working, process, technology and tools
Facilitate and support the team to in moving new projects through the innovation toll gates and deliver on set goals
Lead the way for the team to manage projects in an effective and efficient way
Bring structure to 'innovation' and 'sprint' projects
Coordinate with external stakeholders and unblock potential hurdles
Create necessary documentation for project(s) and ensure there is methodology and structure around it
Prepare and assure quality for TG 3 approval
Lead and inspire D&I community through exemplary behaviour, strategic thinking, metric orientated and hands-on attitude
Responsible for ensuring reporting visibility and validating the Portfolio aligns to the key target customers with highest growth potential
Create dashboard with automatic updates for projects showcasing the most important attributes
Accountable for monthly reporting related to function
Track costs and budgets as needed.
About You
Educated to a degree level (preferably in a design related area), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Expert technical knowledge of our materials, products, manufacturing processes
Experience of driving efficiency through processes and tools, with demonstrable track record of driving and managing innovation projects
Strong project management skills
Advanced MS Office skills
Fluent in written and spoken English, any other European languages are a plus
Able to operate in a matrix organisation and with an international mind-set
Good interpersonal and networking skills.
