As our Data & Business Analyst, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our tools running, reports shining, and data telling the truth. You'll connect systems, automate the boring stuff, and make insights pop.

Data, Dashboards & Insights

• Build clear and beautiful dashboards in Looker Studio (and sometimes Tableau).
• Combine and clean data from ERP and expense tools to drive smarter decisions.
• Create reporting frameworks that help leadership see what's working.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across tools.

Tools & Systems

• Be the go-to guru for Box, Notion, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system audits.
• Keep our ERP running smoothly and reporting accurately.
• Troubleshoot and support teams across tools and systems.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Spot inefficiencies and fix them fast.
• Build no-code automations (mostly Zapier) to save time and clicks.
• Partner with team leads to optimize time tracking, planning, and reporting.

Operational Support

• Review weekly time tracking and planning data for accuracy.
• Support ops and finance teams with ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Champion data hygiene and operational clarity.

• Detail-obsessed and proud of it.
• Analytical, hands-on, and proactive.
• Curious, self-driven, and improvement-oriented.
• A great communicator — translating data into clear insights.
• Someone who loves helping others work smarter.

• Experience as a Data, Business, or Operations Analyst (agency or consulting background = plus).
• Strong with SQL, Looker Studio, and ideally Tableau.
• Skilled with Zapier or similar no-code tools.
• Comfortable managing Notion, Box, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace.
• Solid grasp of data integrity, structure, and process design.

• Have worked with ERP or financial reporting systems.
• Find joy in clean dashboards, tidy databases, and saved time.
• Geek out about automation and efficiency.
