Our goal is to scale SEMINE through partners, and your role is an essential part of this. You will work on building new partnerships, enable them to become valued contributors to our mutual success through onboarding, co-selling and strong, trusted relationships. Your focus is to identify, recruit, enable and grow partners and accounting firms who take SEMINE to market.

• Partner acquisition & onboarding: Source and sign priority partners, run due diligence, negotiate agreements, and drive enablement to certification.
• Enablement & co-sell: Build joint plans, pipeline, and forecasts; coach partners on positioning, demos, pricing, and deal execution; align with Semine Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product.
• Sales: Sell with and through partners. You will get a yearly budget that you will be measured on, and you will be incentivized based on your partner's sales performance.
• Market development: Map partner ecosystems and target segments; localize partner plays; host workshops and events; champion partner feedback internally.
• Governance & tooling: Maintain partner plans, scorecards, and deal registration; ensure data quality in CRM; help evolve partner portal, assets, and agreements.

We'll tailor KPIs with you, but typical PDM metrics in SaaS include:

• Partner-sourced & co-sell pipeline (value and coverage)
• Closed-won revenue with and through partners
• Enablement milestones (certifications, win rates, registered deals)
• Retention/health of partner portfolio (active sellers, forecast accuracy)

Requirements

• Proven experience selling financial/ERP systems or other B2B SaaS (hunter-builder profile; comfortable with complex value sales)
• Relationship builder: You enjoy long-term partnerships and know how to create mutual value
• Business acumen: You can unpack a company's drivers, goals, and buying process
• Sales drive: You like selling—and you know how to win with and through partners
• Bene partner landscape: Working knowledge of the partner ecosystem and accounting firms in Belgium and Holland
• Languages: Business fluency in Dutch & English (C1 level)

• Established network across IT/fintech/ERP channels in BENE
• Experience with ERP resellers and/or accounting firms
• Background in partner programs, and joint GTM planning
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM

Partners are central to scaling Semine. As PDM you will be the catalyst for channel-led growth in Belgium building the right ecosystem, accelerating co-sell, and turning local relationships into repeatable revenue. We already have some great partners who you also will be working with.
