🚀 Your impact
- Guide new customers through onboarding & implementation
- Advise on setup, user structure & platform best practices
- Help clients optimize their workflows using Tide
- Work closely with developers & colleagues to align platform and processes
- Support feature rollouts & gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships
🎯 You bring
- Experience in the travel industry (travel agent, tour operator, DMC, …)
- A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Affinity with SaaS platforms & a curious, tech-savvy attitude
- Problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit
- Fluent Dutch & English (extra languages = a plus!)
