Mechanical Engineer - Autonomous Golf Robots

Our flagship product, iXi, is the world’s first autonomous golf trolley, designed to offer golfers an effortless, hands-free experience on the course. We are a dynamic startup passionate about blending autonomy, smart design, and user experience to create innovative solutions in sports robotics.

We are now looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of autonomous systems in golf.

What You Will Do

• Mechanical Design & Robotics Integration
• Design mechanical components and assemblies in CAD (plastic, metal, machined, extruded).
• Help develop compact robotic mechanisms (hinges, linkages, housings, structural parts).
• Integrate electromechanical components (Motors, camera, screen,...)
• Prototyping & Hands-on Work
• Build prototypes (3D printing, machining, laser-cutting, assembly).
• Test and refine mechanical subsystems.
• Cross-disciplinary Collaboration
• Work closely with robotics engineers and electronics engineers.
• Participate in integration tests and debugging sessions across the full robot system.

What We’re Looking For

• Master degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or similar.
• Good foundation in CAD (SolidWorks).
• Understanding of mechanical constraints: materials, tolerances, kinematics, interfaces.
• Interest in electromechanics and robotics systems.
• A proactive mindset with flexibility to contribute across various tasks, typical of a startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good level in French and English (spoken and written).
• Interest in golf or outdoor activities (Optional)
