Experienced SAP Customer Data Cloud Consultant with at 8+ years of experience and strong technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of CDC Console Administration and Configuration, including Identity Query Tool, User Management, and Screensets & UI Builder. You will possess strong expertise in Customer Identity and Site Groups, including APIs and Sites creation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical knowledge on CDC Console Administration and Configuration: Identity Query Tool; User Management; Screensets & UI Builder.
• Strong knowledge on Customer Identity and Site Groups: APIs & Sites Creation.
• Experienced in CDC Data Schema: Schema & Custom Fields; Enterprise Preference Management and Consent.
• Skilled in B2B in CDC: CIAM for B2B; Organization Workspace Settings (Delegated User Admin, Organization and Member Attributes, Approval Workflows, etc.); Authorizations.

Must Have Skills:

• At least 8 years of experience.
• Experienced in Dataflows, Webhooks, and Extensions.
• Experience with Email Templates, Web SDK Configuration & Integration, Risk-Based Authentication, Two-Factor Authentication, API Management, CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
• Strong experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; SQL Queries.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• General knowledge in Adobe.
• General knowledge in SAP CRM.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
