Our client — a leading real estate investment company based in Antwerp — is strengthening its investment team to support the evaluation and execution of high-impact real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

📌 **Your role:**

As an Investment Analyst, you will:

- Build, maintain, and stress-test financial models (acquisitions, developments, disposals).

- Prepare high-quality investment reports and presentations for senior management, the Investment Committee, and shareholders.

- Process, screen, and evaluate new investment leads, supporting initial underwriting and pipeline tracking.

- Assist in transaction closing, including post-closing follow-up and handover to asset management.

- Conduct real estate market research and macro-economic analyses.

- Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects for senior management.

🎯 **Your profile:**

- Master’s degree in Finance, Business/Commercial Engineering or similar (ideally with distinction).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate/structured finance, or real estate.

- Strong analytical mindset and excellent financial modelling skills (Excel essential).

- Ability to produce clear and compelling PowerPoint materials.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple workstreams.

- Proactive, eager to learn, accountable and a strong team player.

- Fluent in Dutch and English.
