Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Social Media Assistant to support the daily operations of our business. This role combines customer follow-up, general administrative responsibilities, and management of our online presence. You will play an important part in ensuring smooth internal workflows while helping to strengthen our digital communication and customer relationships.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively
  • Comfortable with customer messaging, email platforms, socials
  • Knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Professional, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; Dutch is a significant plus
