Are you ready to take the lead in an established premium boutique located on one of Brussels' most elegant shopping avenues? For our Lacoste boutique on the Louizalaan, we are looking for an experienced and driven Floor Manager who excels in premium service, team leadership, and operational excellence. You will play a key operational role on the shop floor and grow towards Assistant Store Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the floor during your shifts and coach the team in real time

• Drive sales performance and service quality with clear KPI focus

• Strengthen existing client relationships and promote clienteling

• Oversee replenishment, stock accuracy and maintain VM standards

• Support onboarding, training and motivation of the team

• Identify operational improvements and implement them in collaboration with the Store Manager

• Ensure smooth daily operations in a high-traffic boutique environment

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in premium or luxury retail

• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence

• Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus)

• A commercial mindset with a natural drive for results and service excellence

• Strong sense of organisation and eye for detail

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
