Production Planner

Responsibilities:

• In coordination with our sales, production, and transport teams, you plan daily production based on available raw materials, capacity, and delivery deadlines.

• You take into account the orders scheduled for the coming weeks and adjust your planning accordingly.

• You strive for an efficient internal workflow and optimal production efficiency.

• You anticipate and continuously monitor output, making adjustments in case of changes or production issues.

• You closely monitor raw material stock levels and promptly report shortages to ensure uninterrupted production and delivery.

• You maintain close contact with our suppliers.

• You can quickly adapt to changes and communicate modifications effectively to all relevant departments.

• You enjoy organizing and take responsibility with confidence.

• You have a proactive and persuasive communication style.

• You handle stress well and set the right priorities.

• You are fluent in Dutch or French; knowledge of English is a plus.

• You have a good command of common software packages and experience with Office 365.

As a Production Planner, you take a hands-on approach. When changes occur in the schedule, you go directly to the field to communicate and discuss adjustments with the relevant teams.

How are vacation and ADV days arranged?

At Rex, you receive 20 vacation days, divided into two periods: two weeks during the Christmas holidays and two weeks in the summer. Additionally, you have 12 ADV days, which you can choose freely.

Our working hours are from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00. Plus, the manager regularly treats the team to a beer to wrap up the week on a good note

At Rex, both Dutch and French are spoken. Proficiency in one of these languages is sufficient. Speaking English is a plus.
