Project Manager eTDMS

Summary:

This role will manage the overall program baseline (scope, time, and cost) of eTDMS (electronic Technical Documentation Management System). The main responsibility is to ensure that the selected platform is implemented and onboard all business users that will use it.

Main Responsibilities:

The project manager will oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring efficient communication and successful implementation.

• Prepare slides and summaries for key stakeholders.
• Challenge IT and represent other departments' interests.
• Implement PMO processes and frameworks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client interests.
• Structure data and maintain project documentation.
• Identify and analyze relevant data for decision making.
• Manage the overall project: scheduling, risks, reporting, communication, reviews, preferably using Scrum methodology.
• Manage stakeholders through clear communication on project status and next steps; prepare onboarding of key users; follow up on platform implementation with IT colleagues.
• Keep Integrate up to date: budget needs, Gantt, capacity management, project review, adherence to plan.
• Report progress from project core team up to the steering committee.
• Manage project core team's performance towards project deliverables.
• Manage project documentation and Teams access.
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT colleagues in the interest of the program.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in project management, preferably in IT-related projects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and French.
• Experience with Scrum methodology.
• Ability to create engaging presentations and reports.
• Knowledge of PMO processes and frameworks.
• Stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in implementing documentation management systems.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.
• Prior experience in a similar industry.

This position is based in Braine l'Alleud. The project manager reports to a senior manager in the Physical Asset Management department.
