As a formworker, you ensure the effective execution of formwork works and placement of reinforcement steel.
You also perform many other construction tasks (installation of sewers, ground and foundation works, reinforcement,...)

Profile

You can carry out formwork work independently.

You have a VCA certificate and you can demonstrate at least 2-3 years of experience in the construction sector as a formworker.

You have knowledge of the various system formwork.

You work accurately and can read formwork and reinforcement plans.

You use the PPE correctly as prescribed.

Function

Formwork, concreting and demoulding of concrete elements, both with system formwork and with wooden formwork.

Placing reinforcements in the formwork according to the reinforcement plan using the right type of steel and the right techniques.

Customizing and assembling wooden formwork and formwork components.

Manufacture prefab elements in concrete.

Assembling prefab elements in concrete.

Collect and sort waste and transport it to treatment or storage areas.

Realize pipes, drain pipes and connections.

Planning the site area (security, storage of equipment and materials,...)

Assemble supporting structures (scaffolding, props, platform,...)
