We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic & global Northern Europe team. Together with your Belgian colleague, your primary responsibility is to secure and facilitate recruitments across Belgium, in close collaboration with HR. You will be based in our office in Uccle, Brussels.

We are looking for a driven colleague who have either experience or a strong interest in building your career in recruitment and candidate sourcing. You share our passion for finding the right talent, and your primary role will be to identify, engage and hire candidates for various roles with a strong focus on diversity. You will support our managers with their recruitment needs and will also drive the employer branding activities in Belgium. You will be in close collaboration with your Talent Acquisition colleague in Belgium and across Northern Europe, our Business Leaders and the local HR team.

Your key responsibilities

Manage and coordinate recruitment projects,

Implement and execute creative and targeted sourcing strategies,

Conduct interviews, assessing the experience and values of our future talents,

Drive employer branding initiatives and develop relationships internally and externally,

Recommending continuous improvement to practices, processes, and policies.

To be successful in the role

You have experience of full life cycle recruiting or an interest in developing this skill

You are a strong relationship builder, both internally but also towards candidates to ensure a pipeline for the future needs,

Flexibility and organization are part of your DNA,

You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral,

Fluency in Dutch/French with a good command of English is necessary for this role.
