We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance team at Marsh McLennan. This Internship will be based in Brussels. (4-6 month) starting in Sept/oct 2025 or Jan/Feb 2026

Manage end-to-end data-driven projects that contribute to the financial growth of Belgium through reporting and strategic insights that you will have the opportunity to present.
Understand how the finance department is essential to the smooth operation of a company and how our role is valuable to the stakeholders of Marsh McLennan.
Your commitment and eagerness to learn will be an asset in conducting in-depth analyses of complex departmental structures to support their growth.
You will be responsible for analysing and forecasting certain aspects of the Belgian P&L during your internship.
Collaborate on a growth plan for our New Business in partnership with international teams.
Drive market analysis and operational changes from A-Z
What you need to have:
As an intern, we hope to find the following qualities in your work:
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Finance, Political Science or other related curriculum and currently enrolled in a master's degree.
You must be legally authorized to work in Belgium to be eligible for this role
Fluency in English with at least French or Dutch
Mandatory school agreement
MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
