What we expect In a nutshell, as Country Sales Manager, you are accountable for profitable client acquisition and retention across France. You will continuously assess the French market, ensure brand credibility, and find business opportunities. You will activate marketing activities to attract and convert leads. You will secure customer success and locally relevant communication. You continually update your sales arsenal with new skills and techniques that promise profitable growth in France. will be knowledgeable about the French real-estate market and our competitive advantages in order to best recommend relevant sales strategies for success. The role is based in Brussels, requires frequent trips and visits to customers in France, and reports directly to the CEO. Key Accountabilities
You drive sales and build brand awareness in France
You identify locally relevant USPs and contribute to product definition by understanding client needs and how they relate to our products.
You build positive user experience, address client issues and queries in a timely fashion to secure customer success and retention
You understand the structure of the French real estate market and keep updated with the latest current trends;
You are able to identify the key players and to conduct competitor research on them;
In coordination with the marketing and communication team, you take local responsibilities for (a) external communications; (b) strong, globally consistent and, locally relevant brand messages across all channels and marketing efforts; (c) planning and activation of local marketing activities including participation in relevant trade shows, special events and social networks
You develop your sales expertise through product knowledge education, ongoing learning and taking the lessons from past experience;
You set, monitor and report on country net sales targets and budget (KPIs).

You hold a master's degree in business administration or relevant field

You have experience with sales of technical products/applications
You are an experienced user of the social media (eg. building a network ...)

You already have a network in the Real Estate business in France
