Logistics Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize warehouse layouts, material handling systems, and storage solutions.
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Implement automation and technology solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to verify technical aspects in supplier contracts.
• Specify and oversee installation of equipment related to warehouse layout and process design.
• Support rearrangement activities to optimize flows and storage density.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with automation technologies, material handling equipment, and storage systems.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD).
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (preferred).
• Operational management experience is an advantage.
