Spa Director
to join the team of our client a Luxury Hotel in Brussels.

The Spa Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in spa management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering world-class spa services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the spa team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement performance standards and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Ensure a seamless and memorable spa experience for guests by maintaining high service standards.
  • Respond to guest feedback and address any concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to exceed guest expectations and drive repeat business
  • Develop and manage the spa budget, including revenue and expense forecasting.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate spa services with overall hotel operations.
  • Implement efficient booking and scheduling systems to optimize spa utilization.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote spa services and packages.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's sales and marketing team to drive spa-related sales.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance the spa's visibility.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to communicate in English + French and/or Dutch.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Certification in Spa Management or related field is preferred.
  • Passion for wellness and spa services.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
