Key Account Manager Role


Monizze is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its team. This role will play a key part in managing, developing, and expanding strategic relationships with Monizze's top partners.


Job Summary:


  • This Key Account Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing strategic account plans that align with business goals and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in key account management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead discussions at a senior level.

Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Account Planning :
    • Develop and implement tailored account strategies that drive business growth and improve partner satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of each strategic account plan.
  • Business Growth :
    • Expand the value of existing partnerships through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.
  • Partner Relationship Management :
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting :
    • Utilize data and reporting tools to monitor partner activity and satisfaction.
  • Negotiation & Closing :
    • Lead negotiation processes with partners to secure mutually beneficial deals.
  • Networking & Stakeholder Engagement :
    • Build and nurture a professional network to support business growth.

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you'll need:


  • 6+ years of experience in key account management or a related field.
