About the Role
As member of the global ERP Program Team, the Organizational Change Management Lead plays a key role in ensuring a successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA and related processes across the organization. With a strong foundation in change management, the role focuses on driving readiness, engagement, and behavioral change to secure a sustainable transformation. You will have daily contact with various stakeholders from project team members, top management, to many other stakeholders.
Acting as the primary bridge between leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams, the OCM Lead will execute the program's OCM strategy and ensure user adoption and business readiness across rollout waves across the different locations. A key part of the role is building and leading strong change agent networks, enabling local teams and leaders to understand, own, and drive the change.
You will leverage your understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics to identify and address cultural barriers and drivers, assess and address stakeholder needs, and build trust across diverse teams.
Strong facilitation skills are essential as you engage co-workers and leaders, manage expectations, and secure alignment across program tracks such as PMO and deployment leads. You will also establish and track adoption KPIs to monitor progress and ensure the organization is ready for each wave of program implementation.

Background in pharma, life sciences, chemical, or other regulated industries is beneficial but not a requirement. Experience with project management in a global digital transformation is a strong plus.
