1. Planning & Scheduling
- Maintain and update the detailed local project schedule in the planning tool.
- Organize and schedule project workshops and training sessions.
- Coordinate with the Group team to align local availability with Group milestones.
2. Monitoring & Reporting
- Collect status updates from local Key Users (Progress vs. Plan).
- Prepare the weekly status report slides for the Local and Group management.
- Maintain the "Action Log" (Who needs to do what) and follow up on deadlines.
- Maintain the "Risk Register" and alert the Project Manager of potential delays.
3. Documentation & Quality
- Record minutes during key meetings and distribute them to stakeholders.
- Manage the project's digital library (SharePoint/Teams) to ensure all documents are filed correctly.
- Ensure all project deliverables (sign-offs, test results) follow the Group's quality standards.
- Track the completion of Data Cleansing and Migration tasks.
4. Communication & Change Support
- Draft internal project newsletters or email updates for the Belgium employees.
- Assist in organizing "Change Management" events.
