We are looking for a Digital Technology Lead Ethics & Legal Affairs to join our Digital Technology team, based in our HQ in Anderlecht, Belgium.
About the role
As a Digital Technology Lead for Ethics & Legal Affairs, you will shape and deliver the digital transformation roadmap for UCB's Corporate Legal department (Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Intellectual Property, and Corporate Secretariat). Acting as a strategic advisor and delivery leader, you'll translate business needs into outcome-driven digital solutions. With global visibility and influence at senior levels, you will oversee the successful delivery, adoption, and lifecycle management of key initiatives, effectively building the Corporate Legal department of tomorrow.
Who you'll work with
You'll collaborate with passionate colleagues across Digital Technology and Corporate Legal, from subject matter experts to senior executives. You'll also interact with external consultants, though leaders and technology providers.
