Make your mark for patients
We are looking for an Assistant to a Senior Market Access Leader who is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative to join us in our HTA & Payers team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to a Senior Leader, acting as a trusted partner to optimize efficiency. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, supporting budget processes, and ensuring seamless communication across teams—all while maintaining confidentiality and anticipating needs.
Who you'll work with
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams globally. You'll also engage with other assistants and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and foster a strong network within the organization.
What you'll do
• Act as a strategic partner to a Senior VP level Leader, ensuring priorities and decisions are executed seamlessly.
• Drive complex calendar and stakeholder management, enabling effective leadership engagement.
• Coordinate budget planning, expense reporting, and financial tracking, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
• Lead coordination of high-impact meetings, events, and global travel with precision and foresight.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports that influence decision-making at the highest level.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration and foster strong networks across global teams.

• Extensive experience as a senior Assistant supporting VP level leadership in a complex, cross-functional corporate environment
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams); curiosity about digital trends.
• Fluent English, excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change with resilience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
