About the Role: You will join the commercial team responsible for e-commerce and digital marketing in the Residential and SOHO markets. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in launching a new webshop: gathering and documenting requirements, ensuring they meet both business goals and customer needs, and acting as the link between business and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the new webshop
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for IT
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Digital Marketing and IT to prioritize requirements
• Monitor the IT development process and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Support testing and validation of webshop functionalities
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Report on progress, challenges, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital, e-commerce, or telecom environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools such as Figma (UX/UI), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Confluence, and Jira
• Knowledge of BSS systems (Netcracker) and ERP systems (Fusion) is a plus
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Proactive, performance-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
