FORCE MECHANICS is hiring a pipefitter, to work directly on the Belgian payroll system (no independant coworkers).

We're offering you the chance to join us on a permanent contract. The position is in Belgium, Antwerp region. You preferably live closeby and have a valid working permit.

Your main tasks in methods are as follows:
- analysing the feasibility of operations in the light of technical, economic 
  and time constraints
- draw up technical instructions, instruction sheets, procedures and
   technical files
- drawing up and checking bills of quantities
- draw up the various provisional schedules and monitor them
- manage stocks (materials, products, etc.)
- Write up the minutes of site meetings
- ensuring that the work complies with the initial specifications

Your main piping tasks will be as follows:
- Assembling pipe supports in accordance with the overall drawings
- prepare pipework components (cutting, grinding, chamfering, tapping)
- Assemble the prefabricated pipe sections
- assemble valves, fittings and all flanged accessories
- adjust fixed and elastic supports
- check the conformity of the lines installed
- Isolate the circuits to prepare for the hydraulic tests in accordance with
  the test plan
- carry out hydraulic tests

With a technical background (Higher professional edcuation, professional or academic bachelor), you preferably have initial experience in a similar position, or in a methods position with knowledge of piping.
You have a good knowledge of industrial design, as well as a good command of the IT tools associated with the role (spreadsheets, CAD Autocad).
