We're looking for a high-energy, hands-on Customer Success Manager who gets excited by helping customers win. Someone who loves building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning feedback into impact. You'll be the glue between our customers and the Bizzy squads — Product, Engineering, Sales — and the person who makes sure our users get real value, real fast.

 Based in Ghent, with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.


 Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Own the Customer Journey - You're the main point of contact from onboarding to expansion — the trusted partner for everything Bizzy.

  • Build Strong Relationships - Connect with users, understand their goals, and help them get the most out of our platform.

  • Drive Adoption & Engagement - Train, coach, host sessions, jump into calls — whatever helps customers use (and love) our product more.

  • Spot Opportunities - Identify where we can add even more value and proactively share insights that help customers grow.

  • Bridge Customers & Product - Collect feedback, share insights, and make sure the voice of the customer shapes what we build. #UnitedByGrowth

  • Keep Churn Low & Satisfaction High - Monitor account health, anticipate risks, and ensure long-term loyalty.

  • Handle Escalations With Calm & Clarity - Solve issues quickly, communicate clearly, and always aim for a positive outcome.

  • Challenge How We Work - We're a scale-up — nothing is "just the way it is." Improve processes, suggest changes, and help us level up. #LeadTheWay

 What you bring
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or tech

  • Excellent communication skills, you build trust with ease

  • A structured, solution-oriented, proactive mindset

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • High energy, ownership, and a "let's fix this" attitude

  • A collaborative approach across Product, Engineering, and Sales

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
