To keep scaling smartly and securely, we’re strengthening our Partners Team with a Partner Success Manager who combines strategic account planning, business growth, networking skills, performance analysis and relationship management.

The Partner succes Manager is responsible for managing, developing & expanding strategic relationships with Monizze’s most important partners (top 50). The role involves building long-term partnerships, delivering tailored solutions, analyzing performance data, and contributing to the continuous growth of the Partner business unit. This position reports to the Head of Partner Management and requires close collaboration with other departments like direct sales, marketing, RewardFlex & Customer Care.

Your Team in a Nutshell

You’ll be joining the Partners Team—a team that drives our company growth through strong partnership with our direct partners. We work cross-functionally and support Monizze’s ambition to grow sustainably, with a strong culture of collaboration and ownership.


What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Account Planning

    • Define and implement strategic account plans that align with business goals and enhance partner satisfaction

    • Ensure coordination of activities across departments to support each strategic Partner

  • Business Growth

    • Expand the value of existing partnerships through deep- cross- & up-selling.

    • Identify and close new business opportunities within your portfolio by aligning our offers with partner needs.

    • Propose and implement innovative projects based on market trends and specific partner requirements.

  • Partner Relationship Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners

    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based ecosystems with stakeholders

    • Understand partner needs and proactively offer solutions that support their objectives

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting

    • Use data and reporting tools to monitor Partner activity and satisfaction

    • Provide regular reporting to the head of Partner management on key metrics, market trends, and opportunities

  • Negotiation & Closing

    • Lead negotiation processes with partners to secure mutually beneficial deals.

    • Closing & renewing long term relationships 

  • Networking & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Build and nurture a professional network to support your business

    • Represent Monizze at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.

    • Share best practices and insights internally and externally


What You’ll Bring
  • Experience

    •  Min. 6 years of proven experience in key account management with large corporate clients or partners

    • Background in HR services or a fintech environment is a big plus

 

  • Languages

    • Native Dutch speaking person

    • Full professional proficiency in French

    • Good knowledge of English is an asset

 

  • Skills & Mindset

    • Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

    • Ability to lead discussions at a senior level and present tailored value propositions.

    • Comfortable working autonomously and in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

    • Able to manage high workloads and maintain composure under pressure

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • A proactive and analytical mindset with a good understanding of market dynamics.

    • Collaborative, flexible, and curious, with a positive and professional attitude

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate feedback into action
