🎯 Assignments

We are looking for a System Engineer to join a leading automotive project.

Your responsibilities include:

• Decompose technical product requirements into system and subsystem specifications and architectures.
• Define mission profiles and performance criteria to ensure systems operate optimally under real-world conditions.
• Conduct system-level simulation, modeling, and validation to support design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, hydraulic, software, controls) to ensure seamless integration of components.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities during development and prototype phases.
• Participate in design reviews, DFMEAs, risk assessments, and system issue investigations.
• Manage requirement compliance and documentation, ensuring traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and methodologies.

👤 The profile

Background

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent by experience).

Must Have

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in system engineering within automotive or related industries.
• Hands-on experience with system modeling, simulation, and validation tools (e.g., Matlab/Simulink, CAE tools).
• Knowledge of requirement management and traceability tools (e.g., Polarion, DOORS).
• Strong understanding of system integration, mission profiles, and subsystem interactions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary projects.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with hybrid transmissions, powertrain systems, or ADAS.
• Familiarity with V-cycle system development and DFMEA methodology.
• Agile project experience or cross-functional coordination exposure.
