Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located near Ostend for the position of Shop Manager. As a Shop Manager, you will oversee daily store operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for coordinating inventory, maintaining quality standards, and driving the overall performance of the shop. Key tasks include handling customer service interactions, monitoring sales, and ensuring the store represents Luxalad's commitment to health and sustainability.

• Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to foster positive interactions and enhance the customer experience
• Operations Management and Store Management expertise to handle daily store functions efficiently
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities to mentor team members and oversee various aspects of the shop
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Experience in food service or retail management is a plus
