As Commercial Director Trade Belgium, you are the driving force behind the commercial growth of our brands Sigma Coatings, ProGold, and Glidden.
You combine strategic insight with decisive leadership and know better than anyone how to inspire a team and achieve results. You are responsible for both direct sales and managing our network of independent wholesalers.
What will you be doing?
Full P&L responsibility for Trade Belgium.
Managing the Belgian sales team (including Regional Managers & Sigma Service Centers).
Coordinating the independent wholesale network.
Translating the Benelux strategy into a powerful Belgian sales strategy in close collaboration with the Management Team BE.
Drawing up and monitoring sales budgets, KPIs, and action plans.
Actively coaching and developing your team, with a strong focus on our company values.
Maintaining close relationships with Trade Belgium's top 20 customers.
Chairmanship of the Architectural Coatings Belgium Works Council.
Membership of the Board of Directors of IVP (Belgian trade association of ink, varnish, and paint manufacturers).
