Sales Assistant



Function

After an intensive training-on-the-job period, as a Sales Assistant:

  • You will manage the full sales cycle (follow up on leads, negotiation, setting up offers, follow up after sales agreement)
  • You will be responsible for marketing and communication activities in the frame of business development (news letters, mailings, etc.)
  • You will be responsible for business development (exploring new markets and opportunities worldwide)
  • You will draw up sales procedures in cooperation with the Sales Manager
  • You will be responsible for administration, for example in the frame of updating and maintaining the data in the CRM tool
  • You will build and maintain excellent client relations
  • You will visit fairs three times per year in the USA, Europe and in Asia
  • You will report to the Sales Manager
Profile
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent by experience
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Passionate about improvement, you continuously focus on developing your skills
  • Your focus on service and results rapidly creates loyal clients
  • You easily sell your ideas with your engaging and persuasive communication
  • Your competitive attitude helps you find commercial leads and turn them into business
  • Good results give you a kick, only the best is good enough and the sky is the limit.
  • Knowledge of CRM Tools is an asset
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch. Additional language skills are an asset
