We are building an independent ATM-network offering qualitative cash services to all individuals and merchants in Belgium. We set the goal to become the largest player on the Belgian market in the next few years.
In order to support our expanding business, we are looking for a PMO Communication to join our team.

As PMO Communication, you will plat a key part in coordinating and structuring all communication related to municipalities and end-game scenarios.
You ensure that all information, risks and developments across locations, permits and contracts are up to date and clearly reported. You support the Communication & Acquisition teams in preparing messaging for spokespersons, managing external visibility and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

Your role:
As allround Communication Officer, you ensure that Batopin communicates accurately, consistently and proactively with local municipalities, political stakeholders, press and other external partners.
You will keep our communication materials up to date, monitor media attention and act as the point of contact for our communication agency.
You play a key role in safeguarding our external communication quality and ensuring that colleagues across the organization apply the correct communication reflex.

What you will do:
External stakeholder communication:

  • Manage the official communication flow towards local municipalities.

  • Contact mayors and political stakeholders to explain our approach and answer questions.

  • Maintain an overview of all external contacts and interactions.

Press and media monitoring:

  • Monitor press, social media and political attention related to Batopin.

  • Identify risks and trigger colleagues when external communication is needed.

  • Maintain an up-to-date library of press messages and standard responses in all national languages.

Communication materials and coordination:

  • Keep all external communication supports up to date (websites, copywriting, statements, templates).

  • Manage smaller updates on the Batopin websites.

  • Serve as the internal contact person for communication deliverables and coordinate with the communication agency.

Overview and coordination:

  • Manage the full overview of external media, press and political interest.

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy and timely communication across channels.

  • Act as the internal guardian of communication quality and alignment.



What do we expect?
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or equivalent.

  • Excellent command of basic Office tools, experience with graphic tools is a plus.

  • Fluent verbal communication in Dutch and French; strong written skills in at least on of both languages.

  • Good knowledge of English for internal communication.

  • Interest in the political landscape and/or journalism is a strong advantage.

  • First experience with stakeholder communication or project-driven environments is a plus.
