Whether your expertise lies in Sourcing & Procurement Operations or in ITAM/ITSM/ITOM, you'll help clients turn business challenges into smart, value-driven ServiceNow solutions. • You advise clients on best practices and strategies within the ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations or ITAM/ITSM/ITOM modules.
• You lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of ServiceNow solutions.
• You translate business requirements into clear and actionable solution decisions.
• You facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions with client stakeholders.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, procurement, and vendor experts to deliver results that stick
• You stay ahead of platform updates, sourcing trends, and emerging technologies.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years' experience in consulting or implementation roles within ITAM, ITSM, ITOM and/or SPO.
• You bring strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and relevant modules.
• You can turn business needs into solution-specific technical decisions.
• You are proactive, analytical, and client-focused.
• Certifications such as ITIL or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.
