Your Mission

You’ll join the Governance & Administration team at a key moment of growth. As the right hand of the CFO, you’ll help build a strong financial foundation that supports informed decision-making and sustainable success.

Your work will give clarity and confidence to the entire organization. Our ambition is to create a proactive, data-driven finance function that empowers the business. You’ll help us streamline processes, strengthen controls, and turn financial data into strategic insight — laying the groundwork for our next stage of expansion.

You’ll take ownership of accounting operations and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while supporting the CFO in daily management:

• Manage full accounting cycle, ensure compliance and accuracy
• Consolidate financial processes, prepare VAT and annual accounts
• Monitor and report on company performance
• Subsidy requests and management
• Daily accounting (invoicing, payments, reconciliations, etc.)
• Financial management and process (AR, AP, GL, CC)
• Administrative support for the other departments

Must Haves

• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
• Analytical mindset
• Team player, we aim to make the company grow together

Would be super nice

• Experience with ERP Odoo
• Love for structure and organising
• Experience in aerospace sector
• Knowledge of tax incentives for R&D and innovation
• Knowledge in UK accounting
