Experienced Packager


Your Role?

As an Experienced Packager, you are responsible for creating, maintaining, and deploying automated application packages for one of our clients.

You will work in a Microsoft environment (SCCM, Intune) and ensure compliance with internal standards and Microsoft guidelines.

You will actively participate in intake analysis, packaging, automation, and request follow-up processes.


Your Key Responsibilities?

  • Perform SHS intake: analyze requests, research existing applications, challenge requirements, and listen to user needs.
  • Participate in SHS meetings with other teams to validate intake points.
  • Ensure SHS follow-up: manage RITM and related tasks.
  • Create silent and automated installations for application sets, respecting packaging guidelines.
  • Develop automation tools and reporting to optimize processes.
  • Manage Safenet / MCN imports and create/import applications in Intune.
  • Configure Application Groups or Task Sequences in SCCM.
  • Act as backup for urgent matters when the main packager is unavailable.
  • Deploy applications via SCCM (standalone or mass deployment) and maintain documentation.
  • Monitor deployments and manage RITM/tasks.


What do you already bring to the table?

Strong technical expertise in:

  • Application packaging (MSI, EXE, scripts)
  • SCCM management and deployment
  • Intune application creation and import
  • Automation (PowerShell scripts, internal tools)
  • Virtual environments (vSphere, VM)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging and deployment in Microsoft environments.
  • Languages: English (B1), French (B2), Dutch (B2).
