Transform Developer

As a Transform Developer, you will develop, implement, and support Transform, IKO’s global Document Processing System used to generate customer-facing documents (Invoices, Acknowledgements, Delivery Notes, BOL, Pick Slips, Warehouse Labels) from JDE, P21, and RFSmart. You will work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and vendors to design, maintain, and enhance Transform forms, interfaces, and integrations. This is a full-time permanent role based out of our Antwerp, Belgium office, in a hybrid work setting.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

• Develop and maintain forms.
• Support Transform day-to-day operations of the business.
• Work closely with business analysts to design solutions.
• Review requirements and development proposals.
• Perform analysis and effort estimates for the development tasks and projects.
• Coordination and testing of interfaces with external systems.
• Monitor and respond to development requests and issues logged on Help Desk.
• Coordinate with Oracle for logging and reporting issues.
• Perform peer code review.
• Prepare technical specification documentation.
• Prepare user guides and training material.
• Conduct calls/web meetings with key stakeholders.
• Define and enforce development standards and guidelines.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

Required:

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of development experience in Bottomline Transform or similar document processing technologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
