Description:

• The Home Affairs FPS is actively investing in the modernization and digitalization of internal processes, replacing legacy systems with secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Microsoft Power Platform has been selected as a strategic technology to support this transformation. To ensure sustainable internal capacity and autonomy, external consultants are required to support development, optimization, and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Implement automated workflows and digital forms to support administrative and operational processes.
• Create and manage data models and authentic data sources to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training and coaching to internal teams to foster long-term autonomy and skill development.
• Contribute to reporting and monitoring tools to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Required Technical Skills:

• • Microsoft Power Platform:
• Advanced experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps).
• Proficiency in Power Automate for building complex workflows and process automation.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting (optional but beneficial).
• Experience with Dataverse (Common Data Service) for data modeling and integration.
• • SharePoint Online:
• Integration of Power Platform solutions with SharePoint lists and libraries.
• Document management and permissions handling.
• • Data Integration & Automation:
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and custom connectors.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, IAM systems, and Asset Management platforms.
• Ability to integrate with ERP systems such as SAP and other inventory or HR systems.
• • Development & Governance:
• Understanding of solution lifecycle management within Power Platform.
• Familiarity with environment strategy, security roles, and data loss prevention policies.
• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools and practices.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Experience in coaching and knowledge transfer.
