Supply Chain Coördinator

As a Supply Chain Coördinator, you play a key role in ensuring the availability and efficiency of our products, fueling infinite imagination You combine analytical insight with hands-on coordination to secure reliable inventories, smart purchasing, and flawless deliveries.

Your responsibilities
  • In collaboration with the product managers, you manage part of our assortment and actively contribute to developing a well-considered product strategy.

  • For this part of the assortment, you are responsible for the entire purchasing process, with a strong focus on forecasts, stock balance, availability and efficient logistics coordination from a product's launch through its phase-out.

  • You monitor the forecast for the products you own, translate it into concrete purchasing plans and proactively follow up on orders with suppliers. You continuously safeguard the balance between inventory, demand and lead time to ensure optimal product availability.

  • You manage the logistics processes: tracking logistics documents, coordinating deliveries with the external warehouse, organizing direct shipments, resolving import issues and ensuring a smooth flow during product phase-outs as well.

  • You are the first point of contact for our external warehouse partner in Belgium and you are also responsible for the smooth dispatch of products to our warehouse in the UK via a logistics intermediary.

  • You ensure that all data for the products in your assortment is entered accurately into our Business Central system. You check the data and make corrections where needed. You make sure the data in Business Central connects properly with the external warehouse's system. You provide reports on stock and purchasing data to the product managers.



Your profile
  • You have a master's degree in an economics-related field and at least initial experience in supply chain planning and operations.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. You work in a structured, accurate and results-oriented way.

  • A hands-on coordinator who collaborates smoothly with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams.

  • Systems don't intimidate you: you work confidently with Excel and ERP/WMS environments such as Business Central.

  • Experience with import flows and international logistics processes is a plus, or you are eager to deepen your expertise in this area. You communicate clearly in Dutch and English.
