Data Modeller / Data Engineer – Hybrid (Brussels)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data models for BI, reporting, and data science use cases
• Work with CRM and billing systems to understand and optimize data structures
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Databricks, Dataiku, or similar tools
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support data warehousing initiatives, including lakehouse and SQL-based architectures

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in data modelling within customer-centric industries
• Strong understanding of CRM and billing systems and their data structures
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Dataiku, and database schema design
• Solid SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage)

Role Details

• Location: Brussels (Hybrid – 2 days per week on-site)
• Contract: 12-month contract with potential 1-year extension
• Language: English-speaking environment
