As an Operations Advisor, you are responsible for ensuring close collaboration between departments, which is a major responsibility. In the Vehicle Operations department, you work as part of a team of 22 colleagues, making sure that the mobile user can enjoy his vehicle without any worries and that he is always mobile. You monitor work on the vehicle, inform the user of any changes and, if necessary, propose a proactive solution.
You will be involved in the entire repair and maintenance process from start to finish (including authorisation to carry out repair and maintenance work to monitor, guide and check the repair, maintenance and invoicing process).
As an Operations Advisor, we expect you to be able to improve the quality of processes and optimise systems. This is done on the basis of our customers' needs. We give you the space to put your own ideas into practice. What's more, you are a training partner for the Team Leader SMR & Tyres and know how to take the department to the next level with him.
