You'll take the lead in tender management, selecting suppliers as well as concluding, maintaining, and managing contracts, expenses and agreements.
You'll develop and manage a network of reliable and stable suppliers.
You'll also build strong internal partnerships with our operational departments and budget owners.
You know your way around contract lifecycle management: ensuring that contracts are executed correctly, monitoring performance and compliance and taking action when necessary.
You hold a master's degree in (civil) engineering, and/or applied economics business engineer, or equal by experience.
You're a real talent in negotiating and steer each discussion towards the desired results.
Interest and affinity for technical subjects.
You are able to keep an overview of multiple projects simultaneously. You can clearly distinguish between critical issues and less important matters, ensuring that priorities are managed effectively.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
You're fluent in English, Dutch is an asset.
You will work in the DEME HQ in Zwijndrecht, Belgium, and are prepared to travel when needed.
