Presales and Solution Consultant - Managed Services


Are you ready to be the driving force behind Plat4mation’s Managed Services growth?

As a Presales and Solution Consultant you play a pivotal role in connecting customer vision, commercial strategy and delivery execution. You help our customers understand how our Managed Services and AI-driven offerings, from platform operations to full autonomous IT, can truly transform their operations and deliver measurable value.


Combining consultative selling, technical acumen, and product-minded thinking, you help shape solutions that drive both customer outcomes and Plat4mation’s ambitious growth ambitions.


What Will You Do?

  • Act as the bridge between Sales and Delivery, ensuring commercial propositions are both technically sound and operationally feasible
  • Where necessary, participate in delivery transition activities to enable successful pre-sales cycles.
  • Advise customers through consultative selling, aligning their business goals with the ServiceNow modules and Managed Services solutions we provide.
  • Support opportunities through presentations, proof-of-concepts, and solution design sessions.
  • Understand existing and emerging customer IT strategies and translate these into actionable service offerings.
  • Build business cases and long-term value roadmaps with customers and identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  • Analyze business and technical challenges to design scalable, cost-effective, scalable solutions.
  • Develop solid knowledge of ServiceNow and competing technologies as well as market trends and articulate our Managed Services advantages in relation to them.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Delivery Managers and Sales Leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.


We Ask:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably in business, IT, or related).
  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS, software, or services presales roles.
  • Hands-on experience with consultative sales processes and solution design.
  • Understanding of service delivery and product management principles (e.g. value proposition design, lifecycle management).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer business models quickly and translate technical capabilities into customer outcomes.
  • Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is preffered.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements and key sales cycles.
  • Driven, curious, and eager to work in a fast-paced organization at the intersection of technology, AI, and services.
  • A desire to grow and innovate continuously.
