Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Change Analyst who will act as a bridge between the client's GSMEs (Global Subject Matter Experts), Champion Users, and the offshore ERP project team in India.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of IT experience, a strong go-getter attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and comfort with end users adopting a new ERP system.

You will be based at our client's Hoogstraten office in Belgium, working closely with business users to support them through the ERP transition and ensure they are confident and successful in using the new system.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary local point of contact for GSMEs and Champion Users during the ERP roll-out.
• Support end users in adopting the new ERP system by addressing queries, challenges, and functional issues.
• Collaborate with the offshore team in India to gain continuous knowledge of new functionalities and system updates.
• Communicate newly released ERP features or changes to GSMEs and Champion Users and ensure smooth transition.
• Provide on-the-ground functional support to users, guiding them through processes and helping resolve non-technical issues.
• Monitor user challenges, track recurring issues, and escalate to the offshore or project teams when required.
• Support workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Build strong relationships with business users and act as a facilitator for feedback between onsite and offshore teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in IT or experience working with IT systems as a regular business user.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, guide, and support non-technical users.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and translate that knowledge into user-friendly guidance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, "bridge-builder" attitude with the ability to handle user challenges effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with continuous functional updates.
