Supervisor – Hotel Cleaning

We're looking for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor for the Sint-Niklaas/Lokeren region You'll lead the hotel cleaning team and make sure every guest enjoys a spotless and welcoming stay.

Participate in cleaning hotel rooms
Motivate and guide your team
Communicate with both team and clients
Handle schedules, planning, and quality control
Train new team members

You have experience in (hotel) cleaning and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
You can travel within the Sint-Niklaas/Lokeren area.
Time management is one of your strengths.
You can inspect rooms, train new staff, and step in when needed.
Experience leading a team is a plus.
Weekend work doesn't scare you.
You speak fluent Dutch or English, which helps in daily communication with your team and clients.
