Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily construction activities, including paving, earthworks, drainage, and asphalt.
- Support senior engineers and project managers in preparing work schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Participate in quantity take-offs, material tracking, and cost control.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct inspections and testing of materials and completed works as required.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and assist in preparing reports for management and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (or currently in progress).
- 0–2 years of experience in construction or engineering (internships or field experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
