Why this role matters
As our Onboarding Manager, you are the first point of contact for our new customers. You make sure every client experiences a smooth, structured and premium transition from contract signing to business-as-usual. You define and deliver the onboarding journey, manage project timelines and ensure both customers and internal teams are confident and capable in using our platform. Your work directly impacts adoption, satisfaction and long-term success for our clients.
Your mission
Design and execute structured onboarding programs, including kick-off, blueprinting, technical implementation, go-live and hypercare,
Standardize onboarding processes, learning materials and templates to ensure efficiency, repeatability and quality,
Act as a bridge between the different teams to ensure smooth handovers and alignment,
Track onboarding success metrics (time-to-go-live, CSAT, hypercare outcomes) and continuously identify process improvements,
Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring milestones, resources and communications are well-managed,
Maintain a high-quality, customer-centric experience while scaling onboarding operations.
Does this sound like you?
Experienced in customer onboarding, implementation or project management in a client-centric SaaS environment, ideally with billing software and/or within the energy industry,
Skilled at structuring complex onboarding journeys and translating them into repeatable processes,
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills — you can juggle multiple initiatives without losing quality,
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable leading training sessions for customers and colleagues,
Proactive, results-driven and passionate about delivering premium customer experiences,
Team player who enjoys collaborating across teams,
Analytical and metric-focused — you measure, learn and continuously improve,
Fluent in French and English (spoken & written) — essential for working with our French-speaking customers and internal teams.
