Role Overview:
 
The Customer Service Technician will provide technical support and on-site assistance to clients, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and solutions. This role requires expertise in diagnostics, maintenance, and client training, with occasional travel.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Responding to client technical issues and providing preventive support.
  • Conducting diagnostics and identifying cost-effective technical solutions.
  • Preparing and organizing tools, staff, and materials for site interventions.
  • Performing maintenance, installation, and equipment optimization tasks.
  • Delivering client training and technical recommendations.
  • Supporting the development and adjustment of new product solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.


Qualifications:
  • Degree in engineering, industrial technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 6–10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in equipment assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Ability to create detailed technical reports and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and mobile worksite organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and the local language.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and provide on-call support.
