What will you do in this role?

As Regional Lead for Internal Communications Coordination at NTT DATA Benelux and France, your mission will:

  • Design and execute the internal communication plan aligned with the strategic objectives of NTT DATA Benelux and France, ensuring a coherent and engaging narrative across the organization.
  • Develop campaigns and initiatives that strengthen the sense of belonging, foster pride in being part of the company, and reinforce corporate culture at a regional level, with special emphasis on concrete actions across the employee journey.
  • Coordinate communication actions related to key internal events (Kick-Offs, Town Halls, corporate celebrations, etc.).
  • Identify and amplify best practices, employee stories, and local success cases that reflect our values and purpose.
  • Adapt messages to the cultural and linguistic diversity of Benelux and France.
  • Implement channels and dynamics that enable capturing and replicating success stories in the region.
  • Connect local narratives with sector and European strategies, ensuring coherence and global visibility.
  • Directly support the Regional Management in preparing key messages, public interventions, and multiplatform communication.
  • Act as the main contact and coordination point with global or regional communication areas, ensuring proper implementation of corporate campaigns in Benelux and France.
  • Promote the use of internal communication channels (intranet, newsletter, collaborative platforms, etc.), ensuring relevant content is effectively shared with local talent.
  • Collaborate with Talent, Culture, Sustainability, Marketing, and other teams to align and showcase cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Measure the impact of internal communication actions at the regional level, proposing continuous improvements based on metrics, surveys, and employee feedback.
  • Act as a change facilitator, supporting internal transformation processes with clear, empathetic, and effective communication.
  • Establish an internal communication plan for FY25 and FY26 related to the ongoing company integration process in Benelux and France.

What profile are we looking for?

  • You are a professional with communication expertise, with solid experience in corporate environments and a strategic vision.
  • You have a high level of English and fluency in at least one of the region's local languages (French or Dutch).
  • You have experience coordinating or leading teams, even without direct reporting lines. You know how to influence, motivate, and build alliances.
  • You have a proactive, curious mindset: you enjoy understanding cultural and operational nuances in each country, but are equally excited about automating tasks and finding simpler, more effective ways of working.
  • You are comfortable with uncertainty and can maintain focus even in challenging contexts.
  • You value collaborative work, active listening, and continuous improvement
