Partner Manager


Remote | Full-Time (based in Belgium)

As a Partner Manager at PDF Butler, you will play a key role in driving growth through both partnership development and direct sales. The primary focus of this role (around 70%) will be serving as a Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and strengthening our partner network within the Salesforce eco-system in Belgium. You'll work closely with System Integrators (SIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to drive business growth, foster successful collaborations, and maximise the value of our solutions for customers. The remaining portion (approximately 30%) will involve engaging in direct sales activities, working with prospective customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your ability to balance strategic partner management with hands-on sales execution, combined with your knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, will be essential in helping PDF Butler achieve its growth objectives.

Your ImpactPartnership Strategy & Expansion

· Develop and execute a partnership strategy to enhance PDF Butler's reach in the Salesforce ecosystem.

· Identify, onboard, and nurture new strategic partnerships, ensuring long-term success.

· Strengthen relationships with existing partners, optimising collaboration and engagement.

Driving Business Growth & Collaboration

· Work with partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and unlock new revenue streams.

· Actively support partners on sales opportunities, ensuring a win-win partnership model.

· Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Development, and Customer Success) to enhance partner experience and solution offerings.

Direct Sales Responsibilities

· Manage a number of direct sales opportunities alongside partnership activities.

· Engage directly with prospective customers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of PDF Butler's solutions.

· Drive the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.

· Coordinate with the marketing and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored demos and proposals that align with customer requirements.

· Maintain accurate activity tracking, forecasting and pipeline management through Salesforce.

Continuous Improvement & Market Insights

· Gather feedback from partners and customers to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.

· Monitor partner and campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to drive success.

· Stay up to date with Salesforce ecosystem trends to maintain a competitive edge.

What You Bring

· Fluency in Dutch & English is a must (both written and verbal). French a plus.

· Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role at a document generation vendor or similar ISV within the Salesforce ecosystem, is REQUIRED

· Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about building and scaling partnerships.

· Strong commercial acumen with negotiation skills to drive mutually beneficial agreements.

· Experience in cross-border networking and managing relationships on a global scale.

· Excellent communication skills.

· A well-established network within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable.

· A willingness to travel for events and/or partner/customer meetings and presentations.
