As a Network Performance & Insights Manager you ensure that our operational processes are seamlessly aligned with business objectives according to the Global Network Management standards. You build a strong performance culture, analyze service delivery KPIs and translate complex data into concrete improvements for our Service Logistics network (EMEA). You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and drive network and process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new strategic application fields or products, leveraging innovative data methods and technologies such as Digital Twins to optimize our customer's Supply Chain network. Preferred location: Diegem.

What you will do
You take the lead in building performance & insights within Service Logistics and turn data-driven improvement initiatives into tangible results.
Build a strong performance culture within the EMEA vendor organization (140+ suppliers: Express, DSC, Freight, 3rd parties …) and manage the complex data mix
Review Service Delivery KPI trends and report on performance in the operational network
Provide hypercare follow-up for new business implementations
Work in accordance with Quality Management System procedures and requirements
Contribute to standard solutions for WMS, TMS and other applications impacting KPIs
Build relationships with stakeholders (country partners, SL Network Management, regional functions, SL Customer Service, SL Operations) and ensure clear visibility of performance issues
Facilitate cross-functional forums, present recommendations and drive decisions towards structural improvement
Operational Continuous Improvement
Manage the issue log: group, prioritize, assign and follow up
Project manage Network Improvement projects, Change Requests and new customer/vendor implementations
Apply data science/analytics/modeling to evaluate efficiency of warehouse setup and network
Deploy models into production together with data/software engineers
Develop data-driven strategies for inventory management, location optimization, transport and network configurations
Visualize complex data (e.g. Power BI) and link to processes; provide analysis and conclusions to support strategic decisions
Take ownership of the design and development pipeline of scalable solutions for KPI monitoring and insights
Lead improvement projects from initiation to completion
Who you are
You are data-driven, strategic and able to clearly translate complex insights into impactful actions.
Technological proficiency with relevant modeling tools and technologies in performance management & data analysis
Strong in data analysis & metrics: developing/implementing measurements and interpreting results
Proven experience in process improvement & optimization
Solid project management skills
Process improvement: formal qualification or relevant experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in operations management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Solid foundation in performance measurement and process improvement methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Languages: fluent English; knowledge of Dutch/French is a plus in our Benelux/EMEA context
