Local Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a communicative and passionate Local Operations Coordinator, to support and oversee the Operations activities of our ATM Network throughout Belgium. The successful candidate will join the team in Belgium and be part of a Global Operations organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate with 3rd party service providers (Security, Installation, Transportation, etc.) for ATM installations and de-installations throughout Belgium
  • Monitor the ATMs in operation and make sure that any faults will be rectified as quickly as possible by the service providers
  • Be the Contact person for the on-site engineers/technicians and support them in solving potential problems
  • Be the First point of contact for the sales team during new ATM installations
  • Communicate with clients when/where needed
  • Organize and keep track of the ATM machines inventory and sites
  • Analyze ATM network performance, suggest improvements. Generation and maintenance of KPIs and reports (for clients or internal use)
  • Visit ATM sites and train local staff when required, trainings and incidents resolution onsite and on distance (phone, mail)

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or IT orientation, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3 years of experience in the Operations or Information Technology functions in such sectors, as banking, financial services, telecommunications, or retail
  • Prior experience in the deployment of ATMs, and additional experience in ATM systems and ATM software will be considered an asset
  • Flexibility to travel across the country
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English, both verbal and written
  • Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship
